Who we are

Nyxeon ("we", "us") is a digital product studio building websites and custom software. This policy explains what personal data we collect through nyxeon.io, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

What data we collect

Contact form. When you send an inquiry we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), budget range (optional), the service you're interested in, and your message. We also record the IP address the request came from, to protect the form against spam and abuse.

Usage data. We run privacy-friendly, first-party analytics: pages visited, approximate country, device type, referrer, and an anonymized daily visitor identifier. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

Cookies. Only essential cookies: a session cookie and a security (CSRF) token, both required for the site to function. We set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use your data

  • To reply to your inquiry and prepare a proposal
  • To deliver and manage the services you engage us for
  • To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it
  • To show the site in your language, based on approximate location
  • To keep the site secure and prevent abuse
  • To comply with legal obligations

Legal bases

We process personal data based on: your consent (when you submit the contact form), legitimate interest (site analytics and security), performance of a contract (when we work on your project), and legal obligation where the law requires it.

Who we share data with

We never sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers that keep this site running, under data-processing terms:

  • Hosting — our infrastructure provider (servers located in the EU)
  • Email — Zoho Mail (EU region) for sending and receiving messages

If we work together on a project, any data you share with us is handled under the terms of our agreement.

How long we keep data

Inquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any project that follows, after which it is deleted. Usage data is aggregated and does not identify you. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to receive a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email info@nyxeon.io — we reply within one business day. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

Security

We protect your data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and modern, regularly updated infrastructure. Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it to serve you.

Children

Our site and services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted clearly.
